If you send us the completed CAD drawings, we firstly will review and analyze them to identify any issues for design, manufacturability and efficient production.

We think Mould design and construction is a key important step for Mould manufacturing. To guarantee high quality plastic parts, we analyse and determine Mould structure from gates, runners, cooling system and ejector system to make sure the best solution are used. Also, we pay more attention to details, such as Mould steel, Mould base, Mould accessories, Plastic raw material selection, etc. We always send Mould design solution and drawings to customers for approval before tooling start.

We do analysis on provided sample, 2D and 3D drawings before starting actual mould design. We feel we offer a unique perspective in mould and product design. We can manufacture the mould as per your requests with competitive prices, as we have our own mould designers and mould making factory. We will accompany the customer to our company. Mould design is one of most important parts of a success mould making project, we currently have great mould designers with more than 10 years design experiences. For each of mould project, we will call out an internal kick-out meeting to decide the part layout, runner design, gating way, ejection method, cooling layout, etc. These would allow us to always design your mould with all of our Intelligence resources instead of just by a single mould designer.
